Must be a student offering any course of study in the following public tertiary institutions: Ahmadu Bello University, University of Ibadan, Obafemi Awolowo University, Federal University of Technology Minna, University of Ilorin, Kwara State University, University of Abuja, Federal University of Health Sciences Azare, University of Maiduguri, University of Calabar, University of Uyo, Ambrose Alli University, University of Nigeria Nsukka, Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Lagos State University, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Benue State University, Bayero University Kano, Nasarawa State University, and University of Jos.

Must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) score of 2.8/4 for Colleges/Polytechnics, or 3.5/5 (second-class upper credit) for Universities.

Preference will be given to students who can demonstrate significant financial hardship.

Student must have completed their second semester 200 level examinations.

Duration: Successful candidates will be supported on the OPay scholarship programme for two (2) academic sessions provided they align with the eligibility criteria.

Scholarship award per academic session: N300,000.
